Passengers need to be at the airport at least two hours prior to departure in order to avoid problems checking into their flights.
The Pegasus check-in process ends at latest 30 minutes prior to the departure hour of domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Passengers who have not completed baggage and check-in processes by this time will lose all their rights related to that flight.
During check-in, it is necessary to provide an ID card with an affixed photo (national ID card, driving license, marriage certificate, etc.) for domestic flights and a passport for international flights. Children under 18 years of age traveling unaccompanied to Cyprus with their Turkish national ID card must have written parental consent, which is to be certified by a notary or by other approved authorities. Passengers under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must have written consent from their father, and those traveling with their father must have written consent from their mother. If these rules are not followed, passengers will not be accepted onto the flight.
