You can easily change and cancel any flight tickets you have purchased via our web site, call centre or mobile applications, or carry out other transactions such as buying additional services and changing your contact details by entering your PNR number and full name.
Change Your Flight
When you click on the ‘My Ticket Transactions’ page, all your ticketed flights are listed. When you select the flight you want to change you can re-plan your flight on the page you will be directed to by conducting a new search for flights.
Changing Your Contact Details
You can change the contact details you provided when purchasing your ticket in this section.
Purchasing Extra Services
You can purchase extra services such as a seat assignment, meal, extra baggage etc from this section for any flights you have purchased previously.
Flight Cancellation
If you wish to cancel only the outbound or inbound flight of a return ticket, select the related flight and follow the link to the page where you may cancel/obtain a refund for that journey.
Cancellation of the Whole Flight
You may cancel/obtain a refund for all the flights on a ticket you have purchased previously in this section.
