What is the PACKAGE FARE SYSTEM?
The package purchase system allows you as our valuable customer to personalise your travel according to your wishes and needs and with four package options, it also enables you to benefit from additional services such as seat options, additional baggage, onboard food and drink service and right for refund and cancellation without penalties, offered by Pegasus.
How can I make use of this system?
After searching for flights at www.flypgs.com, you can then choose a package fare flight package on the page where the flight results are shown.
How many different packages are there and what are their features?
We offer 4 types of packages:
BASIC PACKAGE is only valid on international flights and it can only be purchased via flypgs.com at the moment. You can personalise your flight with additional services to match your requirements.
ESSENTIALS enables you to fly at affordable prices. Inclusive of 15 kg free baggage allowance for domestic flights and 20 kg for international flights, you can choose whichever of the economically-priced ancillary services you wish to add to the essentials depending on your requirements.
ADVANTAGE offers the most popular ancillary services at discounted prices in addition to your affordably priced ticket. For a more comfortable journey you can include all the ancillary services with a discount of up to 50%.
COMFORT FLEX offers a comfortable and flexible journey. You can choose all privileges such as seating options, a hot meal, ticket alterations and cancellations; all at a discount of up to 50%.

What kind of benefit do I get by purchasing a package fare?
Buying the additional services together as a package instead of separately offers a price advantage.
Are package fares available on all domestic and international flights?
The package fare flight option is available on many of the routes that Pegasus operates.
Can I arrange the contents of package fare according to my own preferences?
The options of the Advantage and Comfort Flex packages are standardised. If the seating or meal option is included in package fare you can pick the seating and meal options that are most suitable for you. Or, by opting for the Essentials you can add whichever ancillary services you would like to your flight. However, in this case we recommend that you don’t miss the price benefits offered by the Advantage and Comfort Flex packages.
Can I choose different package fares for different guests in the same booking when purchasing tickets for more than one guest?
If you are purchasing tickets for more than one guest, the same package fare must be chosen for all of them. For example, if you opt for the Extras package for one passenger it will be added to the tickets of all passengers in your party.
Can I choose different package fares for my outbound and inbound flights?
Yes, you can choose different package fares for outbound and inbound flights.
Can I view the contents of the package fare I purchased on my ticket?
You can obtain information about the contents of the package fare you have purchased from our website. The code of the package fare purchased will be printed on your ticket.
I have connecting flights. How does the package fare flight work then?
The package fare you opt for is valid for every section of your journey. However the meal/drink options as well as the additional baggage allowance may differ according to the destination you are travelling to.
Can I opt for a sandwich or a hot meal in a package fare flight?
Yes, you can make your flight even more enjoyable by choosing from the different sandwich or hot meal/breakfast options depending on the type of your chosen package fare.
In a package fare flight, once I have purchased a seating number or food option, will I then be able to change these at a later date?
Unfortunately you cannot change your food option. However our staff at the airport will try to assist you in changing your seating choice if there is availability on the day of your flight.
I am a Pegasus BolBol member. Can I earn points from purchasing package fare flights?
Yes, certainly. You will earn flight points dependent on the price of the package fare you purchase.
Can I purchase package fare flights from your mobile website?
Flight packages are available on the Pegasus site and mobile app.
I’ve purchased a package fare ticket. If I want to change the date of my flight, will the seating, meal options and the baggage allowance be transferred to my new flight?
If additional services already purchased are the same and available, these will be transferred to new flights; where they cannot be transferred, passengers will be asked to make alternative choices from available additional services. If the additional service purchased for the original flight is not available on the new flight, a refund will be issued.
I’ve purchased an Advantage Package. If I want to change or cancel my booking will the package fare charge, including the seating and meal option as well as the additional baggage fee, be fully refunded?
In the case of changes or cancellations to your booking, the amount deducted from your ticket for the Advantage package will be dependent on the price of your ticket. Therefore, the cancellation fee will depend on the rules relating to the booking and fare class of your flight and this amount will be deducted from the price of your package fare, with the remaining amount then refunded to you. The transaction fees that are applicable to each of the booking and fare classes are provided in a table on our website in the General Rules/Booking Changes and Cancellations section.
I’ve purchased an Comfort Flex Package. If I want to change or cancel my booking will the package fare charge, including the seating and meal option as well as the additional baggage fee, be fully refunded?
A diferencia de otros paquetes, los cambios o cancelaciones en las reservas realizadas con el paquete Business Flex son posibles hasta 2 horas antes del vuelo, sin penalizaciones ni recargos. Sin embargo, si la tarifa de su nuevo vuelo es superior a la original, deberá abonar la diferencia de tarifa. Si cancela su billete, se le reembolsará el importe íntegro del mismo, menos el cargo por servicio que abonó al comprarlo.
Can I use my ticket if I change its date after my flight has departed?
Flight changes and cancellations must be made at least two hours prior to the flight. Refunds are not applicable for booking changes and cancellations less than two hours prior to the flight, including for the tickets purchased with the Comfort Flex package. In such circumstances, only the airport tax will be refunded for the Comfort Flex package.
Can I purchase a package fare flight for my child or baby travelling with me?
Package fares can be purchased for children. Ticketing is not applicable for babies between 0 and 2 years old.
Where can I view the services provided in a package fare ticket?
You can view the contents of package fares on the pages of our website which explain the PACKAGE FARE SYSTEM or on the flight selection page by hovering over package fare titles with your mouse.
Can I purchase packages for open tickets?
Packages are not available to purchase for open tickets.
