While buying your ticket via flypgs.com, you may add our extra services, such as seat, baggage and a meal to your ticket. Our guests who have already purchased their tickets can also purchase any extra services they would like and add them to their flights, by providing their Booking Reference Numbers (PNR) and surnames and clicking on the 'My Tickets' option on the home page of flypgs.com.
I would like meal service on board. Can I pre-order my meal ?
You may purchase a meal for your flight up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight while purchasing your ticket or after you have purchased your ticket, by clicking on the 'My Tickets', option on the flypgs.com home page, and providing your Booking Reference Number (PNR) and your surname.
What meals are available on your menu ?
You can access the Pegasus Cafe menu by clicking on the option'Flying with Pegasus/ Meal Selection' on the main menu of flypgs.com or via this link.
How many hours prior to my flight should I place an order for my paid meal ?
You can place your meal order up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight. If there are fewer than 24 hours before your flight, you may not place a meal order.

Can I fly in the seat of my choice on board?
Seats are allocated automatically during the check-in procedure. If you would like to select your seat, you can make a paid seat selection while purchasing your ticket. Furthermore, once you have bought your ticket, you may purchase seats via flypgs.com, by clicking on the ''My Tickets' option on the home page, and providing your Booking Reference Number (PNR) and your surname.
Can I proceed without buying a seat?
During the online check-in procedure, you will be allocated a seat by the system automatically free of charge. If you prefer, you may complete the check-in procedure with the seat that has been allocated to you, without purchasing a seat.
Can I cancel the seat I have purchased?
The price of a purchased seat is non refundable.
Can I purchase extra baggage allowance, in addition to my registered baggage allowance?
For any excess baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance limits, you can purchase excess baggage allowance up to 3 hours prior to your flight, at the rates specified in the general rules section on the flypgs.com website, which will be lower than the charges at the airport. You may purchase your excess baggage allowance when purchasing your ticket, and you may also purchase a seat after you have purchased your ticket, by clicking on the 'My Tickets' option on the main menu of the flypgs.com website, and providing your Booking Reference Number (PNR) and your surname. If the weight of your baggage exceeds the total baggage allowance, you can make a payment for the difference in kgs at the airport.
I have a baby under 2 years of age, what is her free baggage allowance?
Free baggage allowance for our baby passengers under 2 years of age, is limited to 10 kg. No excess baggage allowance can be purchased for our baby passengers.
I would like to carry sports equipment on board. Do I have to make an extra payment?
Since sports equipment is included under the category of special baggage, it is subject to extra charges as per the rates that appear in the general rules section.
Can I carry my pet on board during the flight?
Yes, you can. First of all you need to call the Pegasus Call Centre on 0888 228 12 12 and make a booking for the pet which you are planning to carry on board. We only allow cats, dogs and birds (only on domestic flights) on board our flights. For more detailed information please see 'Travel with Pets' in the General Rules section.
I would like to carry my pet on board. Do I need any documents for this?
Our passengers who are planning to travel to EU countries are required to have a pet passport for the pets they are planning to carry on board during the flight. Additionally, our passengers wishing to carry birds on board are required to provide a health report issued by a vet.
Can I carry my baby pet on board with me?
Pets of 3 months and over may be carried on board.
