Free domestic flight offer, terms and conditions:

·        Free Ticket Code Promotion Dates: 10 – 13 September 2020 (Tickets must be booked, and the transaction completed, within the period between 10 September 2020 at 00:01 and 13 September 2020 at 23:59 (Turkish local times apply) via www.flypgs.com or the Pegasus mobile app).

·        To earn a free ticket, a domestic flight must be booked for travel between 21 September – 31 October 2020

·        Only guests will be eligible to earn a free ticket code for domestic flights when a domestic flight has been purchased within the dates of the promotion

·        North Cyprus flights are excluded from this promotion

·        A maximum of 1,910,000 seats are available as part of this promotion, which are limited to the travel dates between 21 September and 31 October 2020

·        A guest can earn more than one free ticket code as long as it meets the promotion rules for the tickets when they are purchased under different PNR bookings.

·        For one-way or return flights, each person in the PNR booking will be entitled to one free one-way ticket code as long as they meet the rules of the promotion.

·        For connecting flights comprised of two or more flights, a free ticket code can only be earned from one of the flight legs.   For instance, only one free ticket code can be earned for a flight booked between Denizli – Istanbul S.Gokcen – Adana.

·        Only Pegasus Bolbol members who have entered their individual Pegasus BolBol membership number (the mobile phone number registered to the membership account) when entering their passenger details to book their flights, will be eligible for this special offer. Pegasus BolBol members who enter a different mobile phone number during the booking process will not be eligible for this offer.

·        Guests who are not yet Pegasus BolBol members, but who become Pegasus BolBol members during the promotional period and book their flights according to the applicable terms and conditions, will be eligible to benefit from this offer.

·        The offer cannot be redeemed by infants aged two or under.  All child guests over two years of age can redeem the offer to earn and use a free ticket code if they have a linked-BolBol membership account to a BolBol member who is over 18 years of age.

·        The code will be sent to the email address that is entered when booking the flight within 72 hours of the ticket booking.

·        The code cannot be resent to another email address in the event that the code has not received due to an email address having been entered incorrectly by the guest and Pegasus does not take responsibility for any circumstance arising from such errors. Thus, guests must take extra care to ensure that all passenger information including the email address is entered correctly.

·        The offer is only valid on flights operated by Pegasus. The offer is not available on flights running in partnership with other airlines.

·        If any changes, including to open tickets, or cancellations are made to the primary ticket before receiving the free ticket code, the code will no longer be valid and the guest will no longer be eligible for this offer. The guest will lose the right to receive the promotional ticket and the code will not be sent to them.

·        If any changes, including to open tickets, or cancellations are made to the primary ticket after receiving the free ticket code, the code will no longer be valid and the guest will no longer be eligible for this offer. If Pegasus Airlines makes any changes or cancellations to the guest’s primary flight, the free ticket code will remain valid for use.

·        If the primary ticket that has been used to obtain the free ticket code is cancelled after the free ticket code has been used to book a new domestic flight, the full penalty fee will be charged according to the primary flight’s applicable fare class.

·        If the primary ticket that has been used to obtain the free ticket code is changed after the free ticket code has been used to book a new domestic flight, the full penalty fee will be charged according to the primary flight’s applicable fare class and any difference in fare between the two flights will be payable.

·        The free ticket codes are for individual use. In case of attempts to transfer, use, sell or share them collectively or individually for profit, the codes will be immediately voided and legal action will be initiated against those concerned.

·        Free ticket codes will also be issued for flights booked using Bolpoints

·        This promotion cannot be combined with any other sales or points offers

·        For cancellations and refunds and changes, the rules for the applicable fare class will be valid

·        Within the scope of the promotion, the free tickets can only be booked for flights between 1 November 2020 and 27 March 2021, except for the excluded dates, and if there is no flight available and/or the flights do not take place between these dates for any reason, including due to any force majeure, the free ticket will no longer be valid and cannot be transferred to any other date range. By participating in the free ticket offer, guests accept knowledge of and accept these terms and conditions, and thus if the flights cannot be operated for any reason within the specified date range, no request to change the dates should be made and the flights in question cannot be changed to a later date.

Free domestic flight, booking terms and conditions:

·        Your free ticket code can only be used to book tickets via www.flypgs.com and the Pegasus mobile app

·        The free ticket code is only valid to book domestic flights

·        The free ticket code cannot be used to book North Cyprus flights

·        The free ticket code can be used to book one-way, direct flights between 1 November 2020 and 27 March 2021 (excluding the date ranges specified below)

·        The free ticket code cannot be used to book a flight during these dates:  Excluded dates: 31 December 2020-4 January 2021 and 22 January-8 February 2021.

·        The free ticket code will only be valid when a ticket is booked by Pegasus Bolbol members.

·        Our child guests who are between 2 and 12 years of age and who have a linked Bolbol membership to someone who is over 18 years of age, can book a ticket, provided that there will also be an adult booked on the same PNR, via flypgs.com or the Pegasus mobile app. To book a ticket for a child aged between 2-12 years old if there is no adult on the PNR, you must contact the call centre on 0888 228 12 12.

·        In order to book a ticket with a free ticket code, there must be only one one-way flight selected on the PNR booking.If you select only return or connecting flights, then the free ticket code will not be valid on the payment page.

·        You must book and purchase your flight with the free ticket code a minimum of 15 days before you wish to fly. The last day that a ticket can be booked with the free ticket code is 12th March 2021. The ticket code will no longer be valid for any tickets that have not been booked by this date.

·        The free ticket is only valid on flights operated by Pegasus. The ticket will not be valid on flights running in partnership with any other airlines.

·        If a booking using the free ticket code is made for more than one person on the PNR, the free ticket will be issued only to one person.  If someone has more than one code and wishes to book a free flight for more than one person, bookings and payments must be made separately for each individual with a code, i.e. each on a separate PNR booking number. 

·        The free ticket code can be used to book a domestic flight with the Essentials package. Extra flight services added to the booking, such as seat selection, meals and extra baggage, and other packages, will be charged separately.

·        The free code can be used from the day of receipt until the date specified in the terms above. Every code is for single use only.

·        No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made to the free ticket; however, if a guest has used their code to book a flight which is then cancelled for reasons arising from Pegasus, you can contact our call centre to rebook the ticket ( /en/contact/call-center).

·        The promotion cannot be combined with any other sales or points offer.

·        Pegasus reserves the right to change the campaign rules at any time, at its sole discretion. No claims can be made, including those related to any changes made by Pegasus to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
