WHAT IS CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)?
- Coronavirus (CoV) is part of a family of viruses that usually cause the common cold.
- There are four different types of virus in this family (Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta), that can cause conditions ranging from the common cold to more serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS – CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome, SARS-CoV).

WHAT IS THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS?
- Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is a virus that was first identified on January 13, 2020, as a result of research conducted in a group of patients who developed respiratory symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) in Wuhan, China, in late December.

How do I make a group reservation?
- If you want to make a reservation for between 10 and 25 people, you must be a BolBol member and be signed in to your account. Search for flights for you group by entering the flight dates, route and number of people in the "Find Cheap Flights" tab.
- IF you need to make a reservation for 26 passengers or more, do this on the "Group Request Form" under the "Find Cheap Tickets" tab. You'll receive a response to your request within 24 hours. The maximum number of passengers that can be booked onto a single flight is 100.
- After viewing the group price, select your flights, select the desired additional services, and create your reservation.
- After your reservation has been approved, a confirmation e-mail containing your flight details and reservation code (PNR) will be sent to you automatically.
- You can make payment using your credit card and/or BolPoints up to the reservation option date given to you by the system.
- Passenger names must be entered before the reservation option expiry time. Anonymous ticketing is not possible. Name changes can be made up to 48 hours before the flight. You can make changes through our Group Sales Support* team.

How do I make a change to/cancel a group reservation?
- Pegasus Reservation rules apply for cancellations and changes made after your group ticket is issued (You can find ticket change terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions section on our website.)
- In case there are passengers who want to travel on a different date or flight within the group, changes can be made after ticketing and once the group PNR has been issued. You can separate a passenger from the main group PNR using the "Separate Passenger" button. You can pay any price difference and penalty charge for the new flight by credit card.
- If the change in reservation involves a lower price, no refund of the price difference will be issued.
- You can cancel a ticket for a single passenger by separating them from the main PNR using the "Separate Passenger" button.

- On reservations of 25 passengers or more, the number of passenger can be reduced to a minimum of 10 passenger. The minimum number of passengers is 10.
