What Is Your Cabin Baggage Allowance
Baggage allowance for on board baggage on international and Cyprus flights have changed.
The new rules apply to tickets booked from after 14 February 2024.
If you bring additional item or items over the size limit into the aircraft, extra charges will apply for each additonal item while boarding.
You can review the baggage allowances available in each flight package in the tables below:
Guests who do not have cabin baggage allowance on international and Cyprus flights are only allowed 1 under seat bag.
Guests who have cabin baggage allowance on international and Cyprus flights are allowed 1 cabin bag and 1 underseat bag.
There is no change in cabin baggage and check-in baggage allowances on domestic flights. Our current rules will continue to apply.

How can I enter the platform?
To access the platform you must perform three simple steps:
1- Activate the airplane mode of your device
2- Activate the WI-FI and connect to the platform's network
3- Access the platform and complete the registration
What can I do if the platform does not work?
- In case of using a mobile device or tablet, check it has a 4.4 version or superior for Andoid or 9.0 or superior for IOS. - Make sure you are accessing to the platform using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Otherwise, we are not enable to guarantee an optimal user experience. - In case of using an IOS device to access the platform, use Safari browser. - If you follow the previous steps and you still having any issue, try to log out and log in again
Why can't I watch a movie on my iOS device?
If your device is using version 10.1.1 or 10.1.2 it will not be able to play the movies. However, you can enjoy all the other entertainment modules (TV shows, press and magazines, kids channel, music and much more). To avoid this on your next flight, we recommend that you update the software version of your device when you arrive at your destination.
