A student passport is a travel document given to students planning to travel or study abroad. A student passport is issued to each student who meets the specified requirements. It is basically a maroon passport, but it is specially arranged for the students.

How to get a Student Passport (for Turkish citizens)

Students under the age of 25 must first apply for a regular passport through the Population Directorate in order not to pay a fee. Students who inform the desk officials at the time of the appointment that they are applying for a student passport are exempt from the fee. When applying online, there is no special option for a student passport. It is sufficient to choose a regular passport when applying for a passport.
