If you notice your baggage is damaged after collecting it, please follow these steps:
Before leaving the airport, report to the Lost & Found office to have a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) created.
This report serves as an official record of the damage and is necessary for further processing.
After obtaining the report, submit your claim via the online application form on Flybot.
Evaluation process:
Once submitted, Pegasus will review your claim and respond as soon as possible.

You can track your damaged baggage claim status online via Flybot.
